Thanee Aumor has spent more than thirty years on TPM and maintenance inside manufacturing plants — as consultant, as trainer, and as the author of Thai-language books on TPM. Most of the work is teaching engineers and managers in the plant’s own training room, then walking the line with their team to find the losses hiding in it.

His particular strength is seeing the flaws a plant has stopped noticing — the ones that have become normal because they are there every day — and turning them into an improvement plan the plant’s own team can carry on with, rather than a report that sits on a desk.

TPM Consulting is one senior consultant. No sales team, no junior consultants taking over once the contract is signed. The person who answers your first call is the same person who stands at the front of the room and walks the line with your team. Almost all the work so far has come from former clients passing his name on.

“If the operators cannot explain the standard in their own words, the standard does not exist.”

How he works

How he works

Measure first, always

Improvement cannot be managed without measurement. Every conclusion traces to the plant’s own data, not to an impression.

Taught from real work

Every course comes out of work actually done in plants, not translated from a foreign textbook.

Capability, not dependency

The goal is a team that continues without him, which is why pillar leaders and internal trainers are named from the start.

Independent of vendors

No software, no hardware, no commission from any supplier — and he will say plainly if a plant does not need a system yet.
